Inflatables for Fitness (9th – 12th Grade): Inflatable 18′ slide for youth fitness and activities at the YMCA. Sponsor: The Connie Fund. Project Mentor: Columbus Kiwanis Club
Anti-Bully Video (Columbus Jr. High FEDDIES): Along with an Anti-bully video, 100 t-shirts will promote anti-bullying. Sponsor: The Connie Fund. Project Mentor: Columbus Noon Rotary
Heritage House Gazebo (Young Adult): Gazebo at Heritage House to encourage outdoor enjoyment for the residence. Sponsor: The Connie Fund. Project Mentor: Columbus Sertoma Club
Center for Excellence for Veteran Student Success (Young Adult): 2 laptops for the Veterans and Military Resource Center at CCC for them to check out for home use. Sponsor: The Connie Fund. Project Mentor: Central Community College Foundation
Community of Platte Center Park and Ball Field Beautification (Platte Center Elementary Student Council): City Park and ball field cleanup and beautification including staining, weatherproofing new wooden ball field stands, painting park buildings and adding quality garbage cans. Sponsor: The Connie Fund. Project Mentor: Lakeview Foundation
Gotcha Covered (Tied Together Group): Fleece blankets for Center for Survivors to provide support to parents and children in abusive situations. Sponsor: The Connie Fund. Project Mentor: Columbus Area United Way
Fun With Our Pals (5th – 8th Graders): Provide expanded activities for those at Arc Pals N’ Play program. Help kids with disabilities experience neat games and activities. Sponsor: The Connie Fund. Project Mentor: Columbus Public Schools Foundation

iPads for Learning (5th – 8th Graders): Ipads for the YMCA NRG ZONE after school program & the Y-club (evening care program). Sponsor: First National Bank/Bill Flint. Project Mentor: Columbus Area Community Foundation Fund
Trees for Tots (CCC Multi-Cultural Club): Teach kids about environmental awareness by planting trees. Sponsor: Central Community College Foundation. Project Mentor: Keep Columbus Beautiful/Vanessa Oceguera
Show Us the Way (K – 4th Graders): Buy bibles and share them with the community by offering them door-to-door. Sponsor: Trinity Lutheran Men’s Group. Project Mentor: Trinity Lutheran Mens’s Group/Dan Mickey
Medicine Bottle Magnifier (9th – 12th Graders): Provide Walgreen medicine bottle magnifier’s to elderly people through the Senior Center/Meal delivery program so they can confidently read their prescription medication. Sponsor: Dick & Paula Casey. Project Mentor: Columbus Noon Lions Club
Tour de Platte Bike Ride (Fantastic 4-Hers): T-shirts and water bottles for bike ride ages 6-adult to raise awareness and funding for Columbus Area Recreational Trails- promoting exercise and healthy eating. Sponsor: Pinnacle Bank. Project Mentor: Columbus Arts Council/Susan Schoenhofer
